COVID-19 Statement

Dear devoted clients and friends,

As a family-owned company, it is our pledge to provide our best services to you. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our team will continue to do everything we can to maintain fluid service of your tax needs. We wish to assure you that you and your family's health and safety are of the utmost concern. We are taking the following steps:

For cleanliness, we are keeping hand sanitizer available, changing our air filters regularly, have air purifiers running throughout the office, are regularly disinfecting our office space throughout the day and vacuuming daily. As more information is released, we will continue to update our sanitation routines, as directed by the CDC.

We are aware that cancellations will happen and we are keeping our scheduling as open and flexible as possible during this time. Please be aware that this Pandemic may affect filing deadlines and we will keep you updated as information becomes available.

As always, if you are experiencing any health issues, please contact us about using one of our alternate appointment options below, in place of an in-person appointment.

We would like to take this opportunity to address your options regarding Appointments and General Communications with our firm.

  • Online Appointments -- As we move forward, we are beginning to utilizing online video-call appointments. Please contact us to discuss options that would work for you (for example, Skype, Zoom, etc. ...).
  • Phone Appointments -- This is a wonderful way to complete your appointment, especially if you find you've come in contact with the virus. If hearing impairment/or excess background noise is a concern for you, it would be advantageous to consider one of our other options. Any signatures needed, can be handled electronically or through the US postal service.
  • In Person Appointments -- This has been a beloved part of the routine for many of us. When allowed by government mandate, we will continue to keep this option available, as in the past.
  • Secure Link Portal -- This is our most secure option for sending documents in regards to your file. This is a free service and is extremely helpful when used along side your phone appointment and/or emailed communications.
General Communication options:

  • Phone Calls -- This option will remain open, as always, for general questions and concerns regarding your file.
  • Email -- This option is very useful in communicating with us, as we check our emails regularly throughout the day. It will allow us to handle a majority of your non-sensitive information in a relatively short time. If your email discusses information that is from a sensitive document, use the Secure Link Portal mentioned above, to securely transmit the documents to us for reference.
  • Text -- For shorter, non-sensitive communications, text is fabulous. Please feel free to ask us about this option as well.
